Our First Art Walk – A Night That Lit the Spark

On Thursday, April 11th, 2024, Imagination by Sunshine made its public debut at Art Walk Montclair — and what a night it was!
The event took over the entire Montclair Center from 4–9pm, rain or shine, with over 70 local businesses opening their doors to host artists, creatives, and performers from all walks of life. From live mural painting and artist talks to hands-on classes and gallery exhibitions, the energy in the air was unreal.
We had the honor of being featured at the beautiful Art is Bond Gallery, located at 8 Lackawanna Plaza, a space that’s deeply rooted in community and creativity. It was the perfect home for our very first showing.

We shared our prints with the public for the very first time
Met fellow creatives, curators, and collectors from all over town
Saw people pause, reflect, and even get emotional looking at the work
Walked away inspired and affirmed that this is just the beginning
There’s something unforgettable about watching people interact with your art in real time — hearing their reactions, answering their questions, and seeing their eyes light up when they find a piece that speaks to them.
This night wasn’t just our first step into the art scene — it was the beginning of Imagination by Sunshine becoming a name people recognize, remember, and return to.
